    You don’t need to be elite. You don’t need to have done HYROX before. You just need to be ready to work.

    Whether you’re entering solo, doubles or relay, we’ll help you build the engine, strength and confidence to show up ready.

  • Engine is our HYROX-focused training session.

    Expect running, machines, loaded carries, functional movements and station-style work designed to improve your race fitness.

    It’s structured. It’s challenging. It’s built to move you forward.

  • Our HYROX simulations are designed to give you a real feel for the race format before you hit the competition floor.

    You’ll test your pacing, transitions, stations, mindset and strategy in a supportive Momentum environment.

    These sessions are where we learn.
    Then we build.

PROJECT: HYROX

Our 13-week program is designed to support athletes preparing for HYROX. Across 13 weeks, you’ll build strength, running capacity, station efficiency, pacing, confidence and race day awareness.
