By purchasing a membership, pack, or subscription (“Membership”) with Momentum Joondalup, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Agreement

Your Membership provides access to the services, classes, and facilities offered by Momentum Joondalup, as outlined in your chosen plan. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

Payments & Renewals

All payments are processed via credit/debit card, or the payment method provided. Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms below. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on the due date.

Cancellations & Holds

Membership cancellations or pauses must comply with the notice period stated in your specific Membership agreement. Requests must be submitted in writing or via your member account before your next billing cycle.

Late or Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Momentum Joondalup reserves the right to suspend access until the account is settled. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of your Membership.

Health & Safety

You confirm that you are physically able to participate in Momentum’s classes and services. You agree to follow all safety instructions and facility guidelines. Participation is at your own risk.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Code of Conduct

Members are expected to respect staff, other members, and facilities at all times. Momentum Joondalup reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a Membership for inappropriate behaviour or misuse of equipment.

Media Consent

By participating, you consent to photos or videos being used for marketing purposes unless you notify Momentum Joondalup in writing.

Liability Waiver

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to the Customer Waiver & Release, releasing Momentum Joondalup and its staff from any liability arising from your participation.

Updates to Terms

Momentum Joondalup may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website or booking app.
